Your enthusiasm and commitment to getting outside and moving made this challenge a huge success. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Show off what you are up to!

Hey Team, Hoping everyone is doing well!!! I am back from hiking in Banff (it was fantastic!) Post some fun pix of you adventures hiking, running, walking or anything outdoorsy! It would be super cool to see what you are up to :)

Congrats to Sue Wynter!

Congrats to Sue Wynter for raising $409 for the TCT!  Way to go my friend!

So happy you joined my team!

Hello everyone,
I am super happy you joined my team!!!! Reminder that to contribute KMs, you dont have to be on the trail to do so, a simple walk around your neighborhood counts too! You can also, bike, run, or hike - it all counts!!!!!  Lastly  If you synched your Strava account, please note that at this time, it is not uploading …. Some of us have had some issues.  I contacted the TCT and informed them of the problem - In the meantime, you can enter your activities manually!  Thank you for joining  me and have fun playing outside 🤗. Note that I am away in Banff until next week and won’t have cell service. 💕

Why we’re participating in the Great Canadian Hike

There’s something magical about being on the Trail. The fresh air, the stillness of the trees, and the sense of connection to nature and community. We’ve always found the outdoors to be a place of peace, wellness and perspective — and the Trans Canada Trail offers all that and more.

This fall, we’re coming together to take part in the Great Canadian Hike to help protect and maintain this incredible national treasure. As the longest multi-use trail system in the world, the Trail stretches nearly 30,000 kilometres and connects people and places from coast to coast to coast.

From September 20 to October 19, we’ll be logging our kilometres and challenging ourselves to raise funds alongside thousands of people across Canada — all working together toward a collective goal to collectively log 30,000 kilometres in 30 days. Together, we’re helping ensure the Trail remains accessible, safe and thriving for everyone, now and for generations to come.

We’d love your support! You can:

  • Join our team and hike with us
  • Donate to our fundraiser
  • Spread the word and cheer us on

Together, let’s be part of something GREAT — for our health, our communities, and the future of the Trail.
