Why I’m Participating in the Great Canadian Hike
There’s something truly special about the Trans Canada Trail. It’s more than just a path—it’s a connection. To nature, to community, and to each other. I’ve always turned to the outdoors for clarity, health, and peace, and the Trail has given me all that and so much more.
This fall, I’m proud to be part of the Great Canadian Hike, a national movement where Canadians from coast to coast to coast come together to hike, bike, paddle, or roll—and collectively log 30,000 kilometres in 30 days, the full length of the Trail.
From September 20 to October 19, I’ll be logging my kilometres and raising funds to help keep the Trail safe, accessible, and thriving—not just for today, but for generations to come. I’ve seen the impact trails have on communities, and I’ve worked with passionate volunteers who make it all possible. It’s an honour to be part of something so meaningful.
You can join me by signing up, donating to my campaign, or simply sharing the message. And if you want to make a team with me—I’d love that. Let’s do something great, together.
